Role: Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive who can represent Coach Guru in front of clients, communicate effectively and drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients in person for presentations, discussions and relationship-building.
- Make outbound calls to corporate HRs, CEOs, L&D heads, managers and decision-makers.
- Generate leads, follow up and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant workshops/programs.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up discipline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations and scheduling.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Assist in recruitment-related activities when required (experience candidates preferred).
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and calling ability.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email communication is a plus.
- Exposure to recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably B2B / Corporate Sales).
- Owns a laptop and smartphone.
- Comfortable traveling for client meetings (local).
