Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to new leads, and building relationships to generate sales opportunities. Responsibilities include promoting the company's financial products like stock market services, mutual funds, insurance, and loans, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable financial solutions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records of sales activities and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure long-lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals.
  • Basic financial knowledge related to stock markets, mutual funds, insurance, and loan products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other necessary tools for sales and reporting.
  • Previous experience in financial services or sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or another relevant field is preferred.
