Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Chidanand Solar, located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additional tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also need to prepare sales reports and collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Relationship-building and client management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
