Sales Executive

Chetaru is a digital agency with 15+ years of work behind us, delivering web development (WordPress, Shopify, Laravel) and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, content) to clients across Australia, the UK, the US and India.

We're expanding our sales team and looking for two driven salespeople who want uncapped earning potential and the chance to sell genuinely good work to international clients.

What you'll do

• Generate and qualify leads for our web development and digital marketing services
• Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and close deals
• Build relationships with agencies (white-label partners) and SMBs
• Work closely with our delivery team to scope projects accurately

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (digital/IT services a strong plus)
• Excellent spoken and written English — you'll deal with international clients
• Comfort with a commission-led structure and the self-motivation that requires
• Familiarity with web/SEO/PPC services is a bonus, not a must

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹ 10,000
• Commission: 10% on every closed deal after monthly target ₹ 1,50,000
• Realistic on-target earnings: ₹95000/month for strong performers
