Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Begusarai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include executing on marketing strategies, ensuring product availability in the market, and analyzing sales data to improve performance. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless distribution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing: Proven experience in sales, marketing strategies, and managing distribution networks.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with distributors and clients.
- Data Analysis: Competence in analyzing sales data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
- Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with expertise in negotiation techniques.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and drive performance under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the FMCG sector or knowledge of local markets in Begusarai will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is a plus.
