Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can handle walk-in customers, explain car details, arrange test drives, and close deals. The role involves direct interaction with customers at the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements (budget, usage, car type)
- Explain car features, condition, pricing, and ownership history
- Arrange and accompany test drives
- Coordinate with finance team for loan & EMI assistance
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales
- Handle basic documentation during booking & delivery
- Collect customer feedback and Google reviews after delivery
Requirements
- Experience in car sales / automobile industry preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Basic knowledge of cars (brands, variants, fuel types)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic Excel
- Honest, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
