Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to handle inbound leads, interact with clients and salon owners, and drive conversions. The role offers strong earning potential and growth within the beauty and fashion industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, and WhatsApp
• Connect with salon owners and direct customers
• Explain product features and benefits confidently
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
  
  

Key Skills Required

• Mandatory:
• Sales / Telecalling experience
• Strong Hindi communication skills
• Basic English understanding
• Preferred:
• Experience in beauty, hair, or cosmetic industry
• Lead handling experience from online platforms
• Soft Skills:
• Confident and persuasive communication
• Target-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Strong follow-up skills
• Education Qualification: Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
