We are hiring a driven Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right training programs. This role involves inboundlead conversion, career counselling, and revenue contribution. There is no cold calling involved in this role!
Location: Onsite (Vaishali, Ghaziabad)
Responsibilities
- Connect with warm leads generated via marketing campaigns
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Pitch courses via calls & WhatsApp
- Follow up and convert prospects into enrolments
- Maintain CRM updates and track lead status
Qualifications
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Interest in Sales / Business Development / Career Counselling
- Basic understanding of EdTech or skill-based courses
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Must have a functional laptop
- Available to work on-site in Vaishali, Ghaziabad
Preferred
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Candidates looking for long-term growth in sales
- Prior internship or experience in sales is a plus
Compensation
- 18,000 22,000 in-hand per month
