Salary: ₹15,000/month + Uncapped Commission (Per Conversion)

Work Mode: Primarily in-office + weekly field visits (if required)

Role Description

We're looking for a smart, confident and hungry-to-grow Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team at Shot Chef Films.

We work with brands across hospitality, cafés, restaurants, fine dining, resorts, luxury spaces and real estate, helping them build stronger brands through advertising, social media content, storytelling and performance marketing.

Your job won't be to sit around making 100 calls a day.

You'll be finding the right businesses, understanding them, figuring out who to speak to, reaching out, and getting us into the room.

KRA's 

• Research and build a database of relevant prospects across hospitality, cafés, restaurants, fine dining, resorts and luxury real estate.
• Identify decision-makers and acquire relevant contact details.
• Research a prospect's Instagram, website, campaigns and digital presence before approaching them.
• Develop a basic understanding of what the brand could potentially improve or do better.
• Reach out through calls, WhatsApp, email and other relevant channels.
• Schedule qualified F2F / online meetings for our team.
• Follow up consistently until the prospect converts or clearly says no.
• Maintain a clean record of prospects, conversations, meetings and conversions.

Who are we looking for

You don't need 5 years of sales experience.

You do need:

• Confidence to speak to business owners and decision-makers.
• The ability to research before pitching.
• Comfort with calling and outreach.
• The confidence to approach businesses in person when required.
• Good common sense and street-smart thinking.
• The ability to plan your time and field visits efficiently.
• A willingness to follow up because most deals aren't closed on the first conversation.
• Comfort working in a startup environment.
• A genuine interest in sales, marketing, filmmaking and the hospitality industry.

0–1.5 years of experience is absolutely fine.
