JobSummary

We seek a driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, manage client relationships, and convert leads into projects. Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and deliver winning solutions in a project-based consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
  2. Respond to client enquiries and qualify opportunities
  3. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  4. Tender & Proposal Management
  5. Participate in RFPs, tenders, and proposal submissions
  6. Coordinate with internal technical teams to develop solutions and pricing
  7. Prepare presentations and support client meetings
  • Client Relationship Management
  1. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and industry partners
  2. Maintain regular engagement to drive repeat business
  3. Represent PTS at networking events and industry engagements
  • Market & Strategy
  1. Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  2. Provide feedback to improve service offerings and positioning
  • Post-Sales & Commercial Management
  1. Follow up on project payment milestones to ensure timely invoicing and collection
  2. Coordinate with internal teams (consultants, finance) to manage billing status
  3. Maintain regular communication with clients to support smooth project closure
  4. Ensure all contractual and commercial obligations are fulfilled prior to project completion
  5. Take ownership of the commercial lifecycle of projects, from deal closure through to final payment collection

Required competencies and certifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven experience in project-based or solution sales such as IT, AV, construction, engineering, or consultancy
  • Experience in tendering, RFP responses, or proposal preparation
  • Intermediate understanding of Office IT Physical Infrastructure, Data Center, or Audio & Visual technology

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness including understanding of contracts, pricing, and payment milestones
  • Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership over sales outcomes
  • Effective coordination skills with internal teams including consultants, engineers and finance
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities in parallel

Salary Package comprises of Base Salary and Commission Scheme

  • Base salary ranging from S$4,000 to S$6,000, subject to candidate's experience and capability.
  • Commission Scheme based on sales target
