About the Role

4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated Sales Executives to drive business development, client acquisition, and sales growth in the sports infrastructure industry. Freshers and candidates with experience in B2B sales, field sales, construction, real estate, or infrastructure are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through B2B and B2C channels.
• Connect with builders, contractors, architects, schools, colleges, corporates, and sports academies.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
• Build relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and project requirements.
• Support negotiations, sales closures, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain customer information and sales updates in CRM.
• Track market trends and identify potential business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development; freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in field sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Willingness to travel across Madurai for client meetings and site visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
