Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at Brightline Trading Private Limited, located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's products effectively. Key tasks include understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills for effectively engaging with potential and existing clients
  • Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Products, such as switchgear and MCBs, is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and related software
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the electrical equipment or industrial tools sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
