Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales of brandedgeneric pharmaceutical products across the Delhi NCR region. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell brandedgeneric medicines to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Organize product presentations, awareness sessions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain compliance with pharma regulations, ethical practices, and company SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience inbranded genericpharma sales, preferably in branded generic pharma companies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Delhi NCR pharma market and distribution networks.
