Position: Sales Executive – Bio Pesticides & Bio Fertilizers (B2B)

• Minimum 2–4 years hands-on experience in bio pesticides and/or bio fertilizers
• Mandatory: Experience in B2B sales (Agri-inputs segment)
  

• Develop & manage B2B clients, including distributors & institutional buyers
• Promote & sell bio pesticides & bio fertilizers
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Identify new markets & expand distributor/institutional network
• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, competitor insights
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch & collections
  

• Strong product knowledge of bio pesticides & bio fertilizers
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage follow-ups & prepare basic sales reports
  

• Diploma / Graduate in Agriculture, Science, or related field
• Existing institutional buyer or distributor network is a plus
