Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dehradun. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting Barraid's range of barware and accessories. Daily activities include prospecting and cold calling, conducting product presentations, following up on leads, and closing sales both in-person and via phone or digital channels. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will actively gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and participate in local events or promotions to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in outbound and inbound sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on consultative selling and after-sales support.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with clear, professional spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sales processes; experience with lifestyle or hospitality products is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, manage time independently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior field sales or inside sales experience (1–3 years preferred), especially in consumer goods or online retail.
- Enthusiasm for barware, entertaining, or hospitality, and willingness to learn product details and trends.
