Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive - Bancassurance, based in Bhavnagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales of insurance products, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, they will support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives, provide post-sales services to clients, and ensure a smooth overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in sales, customer relationship management, and client engagement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance products such as motor, health, and home insurance
• Proficiency in business development, lead generation, and the ability to meet sales targets
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer customer-centric solutions
• Bachelor's degree in any field, with prior experience in sales or insurance being an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to an on-site role
• Basic knowledge of the local market in Bhavnagar will be an added advantage
