Position: Sales Executive

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Industry: Jewellery Retail

Experience: 1–4 Years in Sales / Retail / Jewellery / Luxury Retail preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and understand customer requirements with a professional and warm approach.
• Understand customer preferences, budget and occasion to recommend suitable jewellery.
• Demonstrate jewellery confidently and explain product features, craftsmanship and value.
• Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with leads, enquiries and prospective customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the billing, inventory and operations teams for a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated about new collections, products, offers and company processes.
• Ensure excellent grooming, communication, etiquette and showroom discipline.
