Job Summary
Shah Enterprises FBD Private Limited is hiring an Sales Executive with experience in FMCG B2B sales and international market calling. This role is focused on finding new buyers, handling export inquiries, and closing B2B deals. Strong English communication is a must.
Note: Candidates from industries other than FMCG B2B sales should not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert international B2B leads (importers, wholesalers, distributors)
- Make international calls and handle buyer discussions confidently
- Share product details, quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms
- Follow up regularly and close sales deals
- Manage buyer accounts and build long-term business relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for samples, order processing, and dispatch updates
- Maintain daily sales follow-up records and sales reports
- Understand buyer requirements for packaging, documentation, and shipment timelines
Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)
- Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG B2B sales (international preferred)
- Experience in international calling and handling global clients
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-up systems (Excel/CRM)
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in export sales (rice/food products is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of export terms like FOB/CIF, documentation, and shipment process
