About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in B2B Sales to drive new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the waste management and environmental services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, market research, networking and client visits.
Generate leads and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
Conduct market mapping to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations and service offerings.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer interactions and activity reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Negotiate with clients and close business opportunities
Candidate Requirements
2+ years of B2B Sales experience.
Experience in Waste Management, Environmental Services, Facility Management, Industrial Services or related
industries will be an advantage.
Strong lead generation and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Basic negotiation and closing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
