Role Description

StickiFi is seeking a Sales Executive for B2B Packaging Solutions to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing sales cycles. This role involves ensuring high levels of client service, handling account management responsibilities, and achieving sales targets through a consultative and solutions-driven approach.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify potential clients and capture growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, including conducting sales presentations and closing deals effectively
  • Strong Account Management capabilities, with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in B2B sales or packaging solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
