Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B (HealthTech)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Office-based)

Salary range: 20000-50000 Monthly CTC (Negotiable)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our digital health solutions. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, starting from lead generation to revenue closure.

The ideal candidate will begin with identifying and engaging potential clients and progressively take responsibility for converting leads into long-term business opportunities, thereby contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Conduct initial outreach and present our health solutions to prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into paying customers
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Performance Metrics

  • Lead generation and conversion ratio
  • Number of qualified meetings and sales closures
  • Revenue generated against targets
  • Sales pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
  • Client acquisition and retention rates

Requirements

  • Graduate/ MBA (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
  • Target-driven with a strong focus on revenue generation
