Job Description

We are hiring our first sales person to help us build and bring in customers globally.

This is an early-stage role. There's no large team, no fixed playbook, and no steady flow of inbound leads.

If you're comfortable figuring things out, taking ownership, and doing the work daily - this will be a good fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email & other means
  • Start conversations and generate interest in our training and services
  • Follow up consistently (this is a big part of the role)
  • Run discovery calls and understand requirements
  • Close smaller deals on your own
  • Bring in internal technical team for deeper discussions when needed
  • Manage your own pipeline and keep things moving

What This Role Looks Like

  • Daily outbound (messages, emails, follow-ups)
  • Conversations that don't reply - and following up anyway
  • Improving your pitch based on what works and what doesn't
  • Learning by doing, not by documentation

Who This Is For

  • 2-3 years in B2B sales / business development
  • Has done outbound (not just inbound handling)
  • Has sold services, training, or SaaS
  • Can work without constant supervision
  • Is consistent with daily execution

Who This Is Not For

  • Looking for inbound-only roles
  • Needs detailed scripts or constant direction
  • Avoids follow-ups or rejection
