About Urban Roof

Urban Roof Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team. We are hiring for both B2B and B2C sales profiles, with different experience requirements based on the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, references, and other channels.
- Generate leads, understand customer requirements, and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing activities.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.

B2B Sales Profile

Experience: Relevant B2B Business Development / Corporate Sales / Partner Acquisition experience preferred.

Candidates should have experience in areas such as:

- B2B sales and business development
- Corporate or institutional sales
- Partner/vendor onboarding
- Client acquisition and relationship management
- Lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure

Preferred: Candidates who can independently handle the complete B2B sales cycle and build long-term business relationships.

B2C Sales Profile

Experience: Freshers are welcome.

- Willingness to learn sales and business development

- Ability to handle follow-ups and convert leads into customers

Prior B2C sales experience will be an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
