Sales Executive - B2B & B2C
Location: Hyderabad & Ahmedabad (On-site)
We're seeking a results-oriented Sales Executives to drive both B2B and B2C growth across for our Healthcare vertical. The role focuses on building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and healthcare professionals while also engaging directly with patients and consumers to promote premium Healthcare care programs and services
Key Responsibilities
- B2B: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and medical professionals.
- B2C: Engage directly with patients and families to promote healthcare packages and personalized wellness solutions.
- Execute referral and network marketing strategies to expand reach and generate qualified leads.
- Present and sell patient care packages and healthcare services through meetings, demos, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, LinkedIn outreach, and leverage lead-generation tools (Snovio, Apollo, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on localized campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate tracking in CRM, provide sales reports, and optimize strategy based on market feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
- 14 years of combined B2B & B2C sales experience, ideally in healthcare, healthtech sectors.
- Proven track record in consultative selling and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with selling healthcare packages, wellness plans, or digital health services is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
