Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in South Delhi. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to identify their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions. Responsibilities include promoting and selling banking products and services, managing customer accounts, and providing personalized financial guidance. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, handling customer queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. The Sales Associate will also work collaboratively with team members and follow compliance and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Sales and marketing skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic financial understanding and the ability to provide tailored banking solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with banking technology and software.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or banking is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
