We are looking for a driven and technically sound sales professional to manage and grow business for industrial automation products in the Coimbatore region. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closure, with strong engagement with OEMs, system integrators, and manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of automation products such as PLCs, SCADA, sensors, drives, and related solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, automotive, textile, and engineering sectors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, technical discussions, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, panel builders, and system integrators.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth objectives for the region.
- Coordinate with internal technical and application teams for solution support and delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategy.
Key Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in sales of industrial automation products or solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, VFDs, HMI, sensors, etc.
- Proven track record in B2B industrial sales with consistent target achievement.
- Good network within Coimbatore industrial ecosystem (OEMs, manufacturing companies, integrators).
- Ability to handle technical discussions with clients and offer solution-based selling.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
