Aurista Realty is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Rourkela. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, managing, and nurturing leads while building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities include conducting property site visits, handling client consultations, negotiating sales agreements, ensuring structured follow-ups, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

The role also involves close coordination with the marketing team to analyze market trends, understand buyer behavior, and effectively position and promote property listings to maximize conversions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of the real estate market and end-to-end property sales process
  • Capability to manage client inquiries, schedule and conduct site visits, and drive successful closures
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized professional with a proactive approach
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and basic computer applications
  • Willingness to work on-site in Rourkela and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly within the real estate sector, will be considered an added advantage
