Job Opportunity

Aswa Gym is looking for a Sales Executive who is confident, people-friendly, and passionate about fitness and customer engagement. The role focuses on membership sales, walk-in conversions, and relationship building.

Hiring Conditions

• On-site role only
• Candidates willing to work in Mehsana, Gujarat
• Immediate joiners preferred

Location

• Aswa Gym, Mehsana, Gujarat
• No other branches

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in inquiries and convert them into memberships
• Explain gym services, training programs, and offers clearly
• Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp
• Maintain member records and daily sales reports
• Support retention activities and renewals
• Coordinate with trainers and front-desk staff
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, retail, or service industry
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident and presentable personality
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle targets and pressure
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Team player with a positive attitude
