The Inside Sales – (BDE) is responsible for owning and converting qualified digital leads into signed design and construction contracts.
The BDE acts as the lead owner and client relationship manager throughout the sales journey — from first contact to deal closure — coordinating with internal experts such as architects, quantity surveyors (QS), and technical teams to develop the right proposal and win the project.
This role focuses on consultative selling, helping potential homeowners understand the design–build process and guiding them toward starting their project with the company.
