Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Anytime Fitness Raj Nagar Extension. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into members, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly membership sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new membership leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and local marketing activities.
  • Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and fitness services.
  • Follow up with inquiries and convert prospects into paying members.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential members.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, fitness campaigns, and outreach activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure a positive member experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, fitness sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness is preferred.

Working Hours

Flexible shifts as per club requirements, including weekends and holidays when needed.
