Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Executive & HR Recruiter. The responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, the role involves identifying sales opportunities, developing strategies to meet sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. Effective communication, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven approach are critical for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in identifying leads, developing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Proficiency in building relationships, professional communication, and delivering solutions to clients and candidates alike.
- Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and achieve deadlines effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in BPO or related industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
