Job Description

Designation: Sales executive

Role In brief: to visit all sanitary retailers in Mumbai and outskirts on 2-wheeler for product demo and order follow up.

Team size: Reporting to MD.

Location of factory is at Mahakali caves road, Andheri east.

Working hours are from 10am to 6.30pm (6 days working). weekly off on sunday.

Salary(CTC): 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA including yearly bonus. Plus, incentives on sales. Appraisals are done every year in June. Company believes in Profit sharing which is done thru quarterly incentives. If he has exposure to other cities (in sanitary retailer segment only) we can consider higher salary. Up to 6 LPA but he needs to be of a type who can immediately help appoint distributors in other cities pan India.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Meeting with Retail Sanitary & Plumbing Dealers)

Detailed Tasks / Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sanitary retailers who sell bath fittings and plumbing products on daily basis to show products and follow up for order.
  • Coordination with office or distributor for deliveries.
  • If he is of senior level at 6L p.a then he has to meet and appoint distributors in all cities.

Candidate Profile:

Musts:

We must have contact with the sanitary retailers.

Must know Hindi.

Must be in field sales meeting sanitary retailers for min 2 years

Must have own bike.

Preferred:

Ideally located within _30_minutes of commuting time from the factory at Mahakali Road, Andheri east. if not then within 45 min on bike.

Added weightage (though not a must) for speaking in Kutchhi and Gujarati if possible.

Education: no bar
