Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting tailored packaging solutions. The role also includes negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and account management
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess market trends, identify new opportunities, and devise strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Knowledge or experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
