Job Description:

We are hiring a driven and entrepreneurial Enterprise AI Sales Manager to lead end-to-end

sales efforts for AI solutions in the government and PSU sector. This role is ideal for someone

who thrives in ownership-heavy environments, has a founder's mindset, and is passionate

about building long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure and revenue

collection

Build and manage strategic relationships with government departments and PSUs

Lead new business development and drive expansion in existing accounts

Act as a strategic advisor to clients on AI adoption and implementation

Collaborate closely with internal solutioning and delivery teams

Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets of 4 Cr+

Who You Are:

Must Have:

24 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise/government

Familiarity with software/AI solutions

Proven hunter mindset and ownership-driven approach

Strong enterprise relationship building and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in government or PSU sales

An existing professional network within relevant departments

Regional language skills (Marathi/Hindi) are a plus

Location:

Mumbai (Preferred)

Pune / Nagpur / Remote (for exceptional candidates)
