We are looking for a high ownership Sales Executive who understands AI and can build structured outbound outreach across multiple Ideal Customer Profiles. The primary KPI will be qualified meetings booked for our AI services and products.
This is not a generic sales role. Candidate must be able to understand AI capabilities and communicate business impact clearly.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and segment ICPs across target industries
Plan and execute structured outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
Craft personalized messaging around AI use cases, automation, data transformation, and ROI
Generate qualified discovery meetings for the leadership team
Qualify inbound leads and move them to booked meetings
Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach metrics
Collaborate with AI and marketing teams to refine positioning
Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence
Qualified meetings booked per month
Outreach to meeting conversion rate
Pipeline value generated
Account penetration within defined ICPs
3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI services
Strong understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, automation, computer vision, data pipelines, RAG, or AI agents
Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes
Experience using CRM and outbound sales tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience selling AI consulting or AI products
Experience selling to enterprise clients
Strong account research and strategic outreach planning skills
