Job Description

Designation: Sales( Agency Sales)

Office Location: Gurugram

Position Description: Agency sales lead drives customer success by partnering with large agency groups, medium to large independent agencies, and their customers. You will work with various agencies to deliver the optimal advertising solution for every partner and their customers.

The person will be actively hunting for fresh business, leads, and accounts from the Agencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against assigned quarterly goals on new and existing business, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experiences managed agency partners
  • Own and grow primary agency relationships from the executive level down to specific account teams, including business directors and performance and digital leads
  • Engage in joint business planning with agency executives, offering consultative services to help grow their broader business, ensuring the organization is seen as a key partner to their organization
  • Build compelling, data-driven long-term agency plans leveraging internal and third-party data Synchronize agency plans with your Agency pod and internal cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

  • Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years of experience in sales, business development, Agency account management
  • Excellent ppt and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze data
  • Strong business acumen and client-centric orientation with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Resilience, aggression & a go-getter attitude to be on top of the deadlines
  • High ambition backed by a solid work ethic and desire to excel and outperform in a fast-growing company and rapidly evolving industry
  • Immaculate Interpersonal skills - both written & verbal
