Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Raipur. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from initiation to closing. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and work closely with teams to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and sales strategy implementation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical abilities to track market trends and evaluate customer needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Possessing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Understanding of the Raipur market or experience in the local region is an advantage
