Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Rudrapur. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, developing relationships with small and micro-enterprises, and promoting the company's financial products and services. Your tasks will include meeting sales targets, assessing client creditworthiness, preparing loan documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills to identify, communicate with, and build strong connections with clients
- Financial and analytical skills to evaluate client needs and loan eligibility effectively
- Knowledge of the local market in Rudrapur and the small and micro-enterprise landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making
- Previous sales experience in microfinance or financial services is a plus
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
