Job Title: Sales Executive (Admissions & Lead Conversion)
Role Objective
Convert incoming leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with all incoming leads (daily)
- Explain courses clearly (IIoT, AR, Advanced Automation)
- Handle objections and close sales
- Maintain lead status in CRM / tracker
- Coordinate with marketing for lead quality feedback
- Schedule and manage counselling sessions (online/offline)
- Ensure payment follow-up and closure
- Track conversion metrics
- Achieve weekly targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication (English + Malayalam preferred)
- Sales mindset
- Basic understanding of technical education (engineering/diploma level)
- Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM
Experience
- 1–3 years in sales / telecalling / education sales
- Freshers acceptable only if aggressive and trainable
Working Conditions
- Office-based role (not remote)
- High call volume expected
- Weekend work required (peak admission time)
