Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (Admissions & Lead Conversion)

Role Objective

Convert incoming leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with all incoming leads (daily)
  • Explain courses clearly (IIoT, AR, Advanced Automation)
  • Handle objections and close sales
  • Maintain lead status in CRM / tracker
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead quality feedback
  • Schedule and manage counselling sessions (online/offline)
  • Ensure payment follow-up and closure
  • Track conversion metrics
  • Achieve weekly targets

 

Required Skills

  • Strong communication (English + Malayalam preferred)
  • Sales mindset
  • Basic understanding of technical education (engineering/diploma level)
  • Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM

 

Experience

  • 1–3 years in sales / telecalling / education sales
  • Freshers acceptable only if aggressive and trainable

 

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role (not remote)
  • High call volume expected
  • Weekend work required (peak admission time)

  • Marketing Manager
