Role: Sales Executive / Admission Counselor

School of Angels is a next-generation preschool under The One, built on a holistic learning philosophy that focuses on confidence, values, creativity, emotional intelligence, and future skills not just academics.

Our objective is to build a strong admissions and outreach system that reflects this positioning on the ground.

Employment Type: Fixed-term (3 months). Based on performance, candidates may be offered permanent employment.

Role Summary

The role involves field marketing, parent interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into admissions.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Prior experience in field sales or education marketing is an added advantage.

This is a target-oriented, on-ground role supporting admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field marketing activities within assigned areas (3 to 5 km radius from the school)

- Interact with parents to explain School of Angels offerings, including:

- Daycare

- Playgroup

- Nursery

- LKG & UKG

- After-school activities

- Identify prospective parents and collect accurate lead details (parent name, contact number, childs age, program of interest)

- Follow up with leads using company-provided SIM cards and schedule school visits

- Coordinate with the admissions team to convert leads into confirmed admissions

- Submit daily end-of-day reports covering:

Leads generated

Visits scheduled

Admissions closed

Challenges faced

- Participate in daily briefings and weekly performance review meetings

- Work as a team player to support overall admission targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / PUC (Graduates preferred)

- Freshers welcome; 1+ year experience in field sales or education marketing is a plus

- Good communication skills in English and the local language

- Proactive, confident, and target-driven

- Willingness to work in the field and on weekends (weekly off on a weekday)

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary + Incentives (CTC): Up to 20,000 per month

- Performance-based incentives linked to admissions

- Travel allowance included in CTC

- Company-provided SIM card for official calls

Work Schedule

- 6 working days per week

- One weekday off

- Weekend working mandatory
