Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitors, creating effective sales strategies, and promoting company products to achieve business objectives. The role also includes handling inquiries, closing sales, and collaborating with the internal team to address customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and assess competition
  • Knowledge of the cement or construction industry is a plus
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, for reporting and presentations
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or a related role is preferred
