Job Description

We are looking for a motivatedSales Executiveto drive sales of IT, Networking and Security solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various segments of Enterprise customers
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, and referrals
  • Identify customer needs and derive suitable solutions in conjunction with Presales team
  • Present and demonstrate company service offerings potential clients at all levels within customer organization
  • Collaborate with partner OEM's to build the opportunities with customers and get required support
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts and manage payments collection
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Teams for smooth project execution
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in IT sales or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Customer Stakeholder management skills or experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
  • Experience in B2B selling experience in similar domain
