Responsibilities

• Generating quality leads from various channels to develop and expand client base, close sales orders.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and/or new corporate customers and vendors
• Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts by understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Attend to customer's requests for proposals, and quotations with the appropriate follow-up
• Administer sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders
• Always keeping up with product knowledge and related skill-sets, as well as doing extensive research on market situation and trends
• Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data
• Prepare reports for tracking of sales activity
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company
  
  

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Commercially driven with the ability to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and ability to follow through on client requests.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, requests, and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
