Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Sales Executive. The responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves market research, client acquisition, and effective follow-ups, contributing to the company's growth objectives while delivering a high standard of service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Experience working with CRM software and customer management tools
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and prepare Sales Strategies
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and strong team collaboration skills
  • Previous experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
