About the Role

Aadharshila Developers is expanding its sales team in Indore. We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive to handle customer outreach, property presentations, and sales closures for our premium plot projects.

This is primarily an office-based inside sales role with minimal field or site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling and engage with prospective real estate buyers.
• Pitch plot details, explain property features, and present value propositions clearly to clients.
• Maintain active communication with leads, follow up consistently, and drive sales conversions.
• Handle initial client inquiries, address buyer concerns, and schedule property/site visits when required.
• Maintain clean records of client interactions and lead pipelines in CRM / lead management systems.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Sales, Plot Sales, or Inside Sales / Tele-calling.

Location & Area Knowledge: Based in or comfortable commuting to Indore (Candidates with knowledge of the Ujjain Road area will be given preference).

Communication Skills: Excellent, fluent Hindi communication with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Sales Atitude: Confident in cold-calling, handling customer queries over the phone, and closing sales deals.
