Quantum Heaps is building the future of unified revenue execution for the AI-first era. We are creating an intelligent AI-powered CRM and revenue operations platform designed for modern B2B teams.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Drive revenue growth in the Indian SaaS and B2B market.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution-based selling.
  • Convert SQLs into customers and expand revenue pipeline.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet ARR targets.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting, deal tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and close mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Provide customer insights to improve GTM strategy and product positioning.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and quota achievement.
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling and solution selling.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-first mindset.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling CRM, AI, or GTM platforms.
  • Exposure to enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales.
  • Strong professional network in the Indian market.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
