What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Drive revenue growth in the Indian SaaS and B2B market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution-based selling.
- Convert SQLs into customers and expand revenue pipeline.
- Build relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet ARR targets.
- Manage pipeline forecasting, deal tracking, and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Provide customer insights to improve GTM strategy and product positioning.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and quota achievement.
- Strong expertise in consultative selling and solution selling.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and customer-first mindset.
