We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent in-store experience, guiding customers through product selections, and meeting sales targets while upholding the brand's service standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, budget, and occasion. Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups. Explain product features, pricing, and quality details with confidence and clarity. Maintain a deep knowledge of product lines (gold, diamond, platinum, gemstones, etc.). Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently. Handle billing, order processing, and assist in managing inventory displays. Ensure the showroom is neat, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Address customer queries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Maintain client records and contribute to CRM and loyalty initiatives. Requirements Key Requirements: Minimum graduate preferred. Proven experience in retail sales (jewellery or luxury segment preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasing personality and professional appearance. Strong selling skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and festive seasons. Preferred Skills: Multilingual ability (especially local language

Hindi). Knowledge of jewellery trends, karat weights, and stone grading. Basic computer and billing software proficiency.
