ABOUT THE COMPANY

Campus Partners (CP) is a Singapore-based employability and training company that partners with colleges and universities to improve student job outcomes. Through structured, recruiter-designed preparation programs aligned with real hiring expectations, we strengthen the journey from application to interview to job offer. Our mission is twofold: help more students secure interviews faster and convert them into job offers, while helping institutions improve their placement outcomes and brand value over time.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Executive – GTM to drive Campus Partners expansion across colleges and companies in Tamil Nadu. You will own college partnerships, employer outreach and market expansion, playing a pivotal role in scaling our employability programs. This is a hands-on, field-facing role spanning communication, research, outreach and relationship-building — ideal for an ambitious, results-driven professional who wants real ownership and rapid growth.

Location: Chennai (Remote / Work from home, with field travel across Tamil Nadu when required)

Employment type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

College & University Partnerships (B2B Sales)

– Present and clearly articulate CP's programs to colleges and universities

– Build and nurture relationships with placement officers, faculty and administrators

– Drive and support the onboarding of institutions into CP's ecosystem

Employer Outreach

– Engage recruiters, HR teams and hiring managers to expand CP's employer network

– Promote CP's talent-access and hiring-support services

– Introduce companies to CP's hiring-related offerings

Market Research & Growth Insights

– Continuously research the education and hiring ecosystem

– Identify trends in campus hiring and fresher recruitment

– Translate real-world field insights into actionable growth strategy

Brand & Social Outreach

– Promote CP programs across social media and digital channels

– Support awareness and lead-generation campaigns

Field Engagement

– Represent CP at colleges and client meetings, travelling primarily in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu as required

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Clear and confident articulation in English

– Strong curiosity and appetite for research and learning

– Self-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented

– Adaptable, open-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

– Comfortable using social media for professional outreach

– Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu

– Prior sales experience is a plus, not a requirement (open to all graduates, any degree)
