We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive (Academic sales) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

-Dynamic personality with skills to engage in communication with customer

-Calling leads, converting in walkins or sales over phone

-Involves - interacting with prospective customers / clients over phone and face to face meeting

-Understanding the requirement & offering right product accordingly

-Follow-up and closing sales

-Person would be responsible for generating revenue

-Meet and exceed sales targets

-Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

-Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

-Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
