Job Description
Location: Jaipur
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 + Incentives (Negotiable)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional to drive sales for multi-story residential projects and premium apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert prospects for residential & premium apartment projects
Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs
Build strong relationships with HNI clients, brokers & channel partners
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Negotiate with clients and close deals as per company policies
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Candidate Profile:
Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and confident personality
Good client-handling and relationship-building skills
Candidates with experience handling premium/HNI clients will be preferred
